When you’ve taken a photo of your breakfast, a bowl of strawberries, and while looking at said photo on the computer screen, you begin to eat breakfast – and the husband walks in the room to find you gazing at a photograph of a bowl of strawberries as you eat from a bowl of strawberries . . .
It’s absurd. Somehow, exponentially more absurd with an onlooker. But at least, I’ve had one really good laugh today. Honestly, it’s not such an odd thing that he’d find me doing something so ridiculous. In fact, he suggested that I turn on the webcam and watch myself looking at the photo of the bowl of strawberries I was eating. But the berries were a little tart, and I don’t think I’d have enjoyed them as much if I saw me eating them. Following any of this?
What I really wanted to say today is that things seem to be stacking up. Stacks in the garage, in the laundry, on the sewing table, in the giveaway pile, in the trash-it pile, on my desk – oh, and one large one on my midsection that brings about lamentations. We’ve more to do than can be done in the time allotted, although we are the time-allotters when it comes to some goals. First goal: eat strawberries. Check. One stack down, many to go.

Great goal!! I think I will set a goal for tomorrow to drink coffee. I have had so many lofty goals recently, many of which are unattainable at times. Drink coffee… Not complicated…very easy… Thanks for the inspiration!
